So excited! I just saw an ad for the new season of The City. Whitney was always my favorite from The Hills crew (other than Justin Bobby of course), so I was so excited for her show. I also love Kelly Cutrone so you can't go wrong. Now if only I could get my hair to look like Whitney's...
